Due to a slow longterm leak this project sustained mould damage to the surrounding areas. The age of the bathroom meant there was no waterproof membrane which allowed the water to spread easily and required remediation works to the entire bathroom.

Upon discovering mould in the bedroom next to the bathroom a continuous water leak was located.

Mould remediation was required to the bedroom wall and entire bathroom. With a small footprint this bathroom needed to be efficient and elegant.

Maximising the shower and vanity makes this bathroom feel more spacious than it should. With green feature tiles, Timber vanity and brushed brass fixtures this bathroom is a homely centrepiece.

This bathroom had multiple attempts to ‘fix’ the leaky shower by previous trades. However the water leak was still causing damage and required fixing properly.

The new bathroom boasts a large open plan double shower, double vanity, wall hung toilet and freestanding bath. It’s careful design and stunning selections make the bathroom a focal point of the house.

This project required carefully attention due to significant water leaks and water pooling under the shower base creating mould.

Although bathroom had been recently remodelled it was done poorly and required starting new as well as remediation to affect areas.

Once the demolition had been carried out, we removed all mouldy plaster and contaminated substances. We then designed and constructed the shower with the correct materials, falls and compatible membranes - resolving the poor workmanship that resulted in the extensive damage.

The new bathroom looks amazing and functions even better!

A leaking shower meant this dated bathroom needed a facelift.

With minimal water damage and minimal layout changes required we focused on upgrading this bathroom in form and function with floor to ceiling tiles, tile niche, brushed brass fixtures making a huge difference.
